Laatutilit Ltd will transfer from Arkta Group to Gallant Group on November 1, 2019. In the future, Laatutilit Ltd will be known as Gallant Heinola Ltd, providing expert services in payroll and financial management with great heart and decades of experience.
The transition of Laatutilit Ltd as part of Gallant Group will help the Arkta Group to focus on its core construction business in the future. Through this acquisition, Gallant will acquire valuable construction-related financial expertise within its Group. As Laatutilit merge with Gallant, collaboration and development with Arkta Group will continue.
