Elina Grönlund Becomes CEO of Finland Operations
Elina Grönlund takes on the role of CEO for Gallant's operations in Finland, while Tuomas Tahvanainen shifts his focus to driving Gallant’s international expansion.
Gallant is entering a new strategic phase focused on international expansion and strengthening customer-centricity. Tuomas Tahvanainen will focus on the group's international growth, while Elina Grönlund takes on the role of CEO for Gallant's operations in Finland.
Strong Commitment to International Expansion
As part of the new strategic phase, Gallant aims for significant growth and expansion into new markets. This opens up more diverse services for international clients as well.

Elina Grönlund Appointed as CEO of Gallant Finland
Elina Grönlund will now be responsible for the planning and execution of Gallant Finland's strategy, as well as the growth and profitability of the business. Her role also includes leading the Finnish management team and developing the company’s customer-centric operating model.

Elina Grönlund joined Gallant in 2013, when the company was known as Gylling Accounting. Over the past ten years, she has served as the Chief Operating Officer for financial management services and as a member of the leadership team.
"I believe my strong operational background provides an excellent foundation for the role of CEO. As Tuomas focuses on international expansion, my role will center on leading Finnish operations and enhancing our customer-centric development," says Elina Grönlund.
Tuomas Tahvanainen Focuses on Gallant's International Expansion
Tuomas Tahvanainen will continue as CEO of Gallant Group, overseeing the design and implementation of the group’s international expansion strategy. His responsibilities include launching foreign operations, managing international acquisitions, and building the global leadership team.
"In the coming years, we will focus on defining what Gallant’s international culture will look like and how we will efficiently expand into new markets. However, these are future priorities. Right now, we are focused on building the team and opening our first markets," explains Tuomas Tahvanainen.
