Gallant and PrimeSoft Consulting combine forces

PrimeSoft Consulting Oy, founded in 2004, is joining the Gallant Group. The company will continue its operations as usual, but becoming part of Gallant enables PrimeSoft’s clients to access an even more comprehensive range of financial management services. The company's founders, Matti Rantala and Erja Hipari-Rantala, along with the employees, will continue working with clients, and PrimeSoft’s operations will be integrated into Gallant’s service offering. Clients will benefit from a broader range of expert services, which will remain accessible through their familiar point of contact. Gallant, in turn, gains from Matti and Erja’s extensive experience in accounting and their expertise, particularly in digital financial management.
