Growing from €800,000 to €6 million – financial management had to keep pace with growth.

Rapid growth created new demands

Over the past five years, Hetitec has experienced significant growth. The company's revenue has increased from approximately €800,000 at the beginning of the 2020s to more than €6 million, and growth continues. The goal for next year is to exceed €10 million in revenue.

More than 70% of Hetitec's business comes from exports, serving major machinery and equipment manufacturers around the world.

Strong growth has required investments, recruitment and continuous development of internal processes. As the business expanded, financial management processes also needed to evolve.

From traditional bookkeeping to a broader partnership

In the early years, the cooperation with Gallant focused mainly on traditional accounting services. As Hetitec grew, the partnership expanded to support accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll administration and financial planning.

"Together with Gallant, we have built efficient systems for sales and purchase ledger management as well as payroll administration. Gallant has been particularly successful in developing digital processes", says Heikki Kantola, CEO of Hetitec.

One of the most significant changes has been the transition to fully digital financial management.

"In the past, I used to bring paperwork to Gallant's office every month. Today, I can hardly remember the last time I visited their office in person. Everything runs digitally."

Digital processes have made everyday operations smoother and helped create a more efficient way of working for both parties.

Long-term cooperation brings continuity

Hetitec particularly values the continuity that comes from working with a familiar team.

"The low turnover of personnel has been important for us. Our contacts at Gallant know our business well, which makes communication straightforward and easy."

As the company has grown, so have its financial management needs. In addition to accounting services, Hetitec has received support with reporting, budgeting and future planning.

"Long-term cooperation has made Gallant an extension of our financial operations. Their support makes our busy everyday work significantly easier", Kantola concludes.

A partnership that grows with the business

Hetitec's rapid growth has also increased the need for financial insight and decision-making support. Alongside traditional accounting services, the cooperation with Gallant has expanded to include reporting and forward-looking financial planning.

According to Gallant's Accounting Specialist, Jani Valén, the partnership has deepened over the years.

"As we have gained a better understanding of Hetitec's business and evolving needs, our cooperation has continued to develop. A long-term partnership makes everyday work easier for both sides, as communication is smooth and matters can be addressed quickly."

"It has been rewarding to follow Hetitec's growth journey closely and support the company through its different stages of development."
